Fees

Initial Assessment -between £200 and £300

The initial assessment is an crucial part to determine your child's strengths and needs and to determine the best course of therapy for your child. An initial assessment session usually last up to 1.5 hours. You will receive a summary report within two weeks of the appointment.
An assessment at your home for a child under 5 years, my usual charge is £200 but this will be confirmed with you at the point of booking. I charge a higher rate for children with more complex difficulties or if the assessment needs to be carried out over more than one session. 

Standard Therapy Session - £75

A standard therapy session lasts up to one hour. This fee includes therapy, a discussion/written feedback of the session and therapy aims. I will liaise with any other key professionals as appropriate. 

Please be aware that a more detailed home or school programme incurs additional charges. This will be agreed and discussed with you.

Additional services I can offer

Training:
I have a wealth of experience in providing bespoke training courses to a range of audiences, including parents, early years practitioners, teachers and teaching staff. I am happy to offer bespoke training for nursery and school staff. Please contact me if you want to discuss any training for your setting.
If your child attends a nursery or school setting, I would be happy to offer bespoke training to staff on how to best support your child.

Environments:
I can support settings in providing a communication friendly environment in order to maximise the communication potential of the children in your setting.

Attending Meetings:
I am happy to attend or provide written information for meetings. Charges for meetings depend on location and length of meeting and will be discussed with you. 

I will always advise families to access their local NHS Speech and Language Therapy Service and am happy to work alongside my NHS colleagues.

Payment

Fees are payable at the end of each session. Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer. Receipts are available on request. I will not provide additional sessions until your payment has been received.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of sessions with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full session fee.
